If you are not completely satisfied with your Kraft Handle purchase or gift, please return the package within 60 days to the address below or any Kraft Handle store. Use the shipping carrier most convenient for you, and send the package to the following address:

Upon receipt of your return, we will issue a credit to your card used for the original transaction, for the cost of the item including taxes. If the item was a gift or a purchase receipt is not available, credit will be given as a Kraft Handle gift card. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If your item arrives damaged, we will work with you to replace it as quickly as possible. Email us at support@krafthandle.com or call 877-222-1111. Please reference the six-digit order number found at the top of the order confirmation email.
